Processing Time
Every Ravzeni garment is checked by hand before it ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared. During seasonal transitions, processing may take one additional day — we never rush quality.
Delivery Destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and the European Union. If your country is not listed, email us at service@ravzeni.com — we may still be able to help.
Shipping Rates & Times
Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders over $100. For orders below that, a flat rate of $6 applies. Delivery estimates are as follows:
United States: 3-6 business days. Canada & United Kingdom: 5-9 business days. Australia & Japan: 6-10 business days. European Union: 6-12 business days.
Tracking & Confirmation
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. If your package appears delayed, contact us and we will investigate personally.
Duties & Taxes
All prices are listed in US Dollars. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Each parcel is wrapped in unbleached paper and hemp twine — simple, like the clothes within.
