Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. If a piece does not feel right, you may return it for a full refund — no questions asked. We believe clothing should bring ease, not obligation.

To begin a return, simply email us at service@ravzeni.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with instructions and a prepaid return label for most regions.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any fragrance or marks. Please fold the garment as it was received — we do not require original packaging, but we do ask for care. Items that show signs of wear or alteration may be declined.

For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments are final sale unless defective. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our studio, we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard — within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible delivery, as our inventory moves quietly and we cannot hold items.
